The assault caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

These detentions follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
